Parking options: Free onsite parking, Free street parking 7 parking spots available in front of the property, and plenty of free street parking outside the area
Sound
While the studio does not feature full active soundproofing, the space is quiet and isolated enough that audio recording is rarely an issue. Many productions have successfully captured interviews, dialogue, and music sessions here without interruption. We always recommend a quick sound check upon arrival, but most guests find the environment suitable for both video and audio projects.
Space Access
Crew access Ground Floor Equipment loading description The studio features a large roll-up loading door with direct access to the cyc stage. Vehicles can back up right to the entrance for easy unloading, and the door is wide enough that cars can even be driven directly onto the white cyc for shoots. This makes setup fast and seamless for productions requiring large equipment, set pieces, or automotive staging. Perfect for entertaining clients, talent, or yourself, the Prestige Studios Ballroom is not only gorgeous to hang out in, it also looks great on camera.

Equipment
Prestige Studios also has a generous amount of gear from Blackmagic 6k Pro's to C-Stands, lights, and sandbags. Almost anything you need, we have.

Pricing & Policies

Guest Count:
Your guest count should reflect the total number of people who will be in and out of the studio during your booking.
Additional Costs
Floor Repainting
If we need to repaint the entire floor after your shoot, there’s an additional fee of $100–$200, depending on how many coats it takes. This usually only applies to full-day shoots or large crews that go heavy on foot traffic without using booties. We’ll always talk with you before adding this charge.
Cars in the Studio
Bringing a car into the space adds a $200 repainting charge per car. Please let us know when booking — we may need to schedule extra time afterward to let the paint dry.
Glitter & Confetti
Please don’t use glitter or confetti in the studio — cleanup can cost anywhere from $200 to $1,000, depending on how much is used and how far it travels.
Lighting Policy
The studio comes pre-lit so you can get shooting right away.
Please don’t remove or rehang our lights. Each light costs $750–$1,000, and they get damaged when moved. You can slide a light aside if needed — just make sure to return it to its original spot when you’re done.
If you’d like to fully remove and rehang lights yourself, there’s a $300 add-on fee to cover wear and tear. Lights must be reinstalled exactly where they were.
Smoking & Vaping
No smoking or vaping inside — it’s not allowed by California law.
If anyone breaks this rule, there’s a $150 cleaning fee to remove the smell and steam the carpets.
Early & Late Hours
Bookings before 8am or after 8pm are an additional $50/hr for those early or late hours.
Overtime is billed at 1.5x your hourly rate, so please book enough time for setup and teardown.

Your booking time includes setup and cleanup. Please plan accordingly so we can stay on schedule for all productions.
